Privacy policy

effective January 1, 2026

This policy applies to a9nt.com and to any apps published by a9nt LLC ("a9nt", "we"). In short: we do not track you, we never sell your information or use it for advertising, and you can ask us to delete anything we hold.

What we collect and why

We use this only to run and support our apps and website, to reply to you, and to meet legal obligations. Where EU or UK law applies, our basis is your consent or our legitimate interest in replying.

Sharing and tracking

We never sell personal information or share it for advertising. Only our service providers handle it: Google Workspace for email, Cloudflare for website hosting, and Apple for app distribution and diagnostics. Each, and any company affiliated with a9nt, must protect it at least as well as this policy does. We disclose information to authorities only when the law requires it.

Neither we nor any third party track you across websites or apps, so a Do Not Track signal has nothing to turn off.

Retention

We delete email within two years unless the law requires us to keep it longer, and keep diagnostics only while they help fix problems.

Your rights

Write to [email protected] to see, correct, or delete your information, or to withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. If an app has accounts, you can also delete yours inside the app. In the EU or UK, you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Client work

Data we handle for a client is processed under our agreement with them, on their instructions, and covered by their privacy policy rather than this one.

Children

Our apps and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

We post changes here and update the effective date. A change to how we use information we already hold is posted before it takes effect.
